PCD delivers 10 to 50 times longer tool life than carbide when machining aluminum, copper, brass, and non-metallic composites · dramatically reducing tool change downtime in high-volume production lines.

*35deg Diamond Shape with 0.4mm Corner Radius: The VCGT 35deg included angle profile reaches tight profiles, undercuts, and small bores. The 0.4mm corner radius provides stronger edge integrity than 0.2mm alternatives while still achieving Ra 0.8um or finer surface finish · an optimal balance for both semi-finish profiling and finish passes on non-ferrous workpieces.

*Zero Built-Up Edge on Aluminum and Copper: PCD's extreme hardness and low chemical affinity for non-ferrous metals eliminate built-up edge entirely. This means consistent dimensional accuracy across thousands of parts, no smearing, and near-mirror surface finishes on aluminum alloys (ADC12, 6061, 7075), copper, brass, and magnesium without cutting fluid in many cases.

*Precision Ground G-Tolerance with Through-Hole Clamping: Ground to ISO G-class tolerance (plus-minus 0.025mm on IC, plus-minus 0.013mm on thickness), this insert guarantees index-to-index repeatability. Center through-hole design provides rigid screw clamping for stable cutting at PCD-rated speeds up to 800m/min on aluminum.

*Custom PCD Grades and Edge Configurations: Accept OEM orders for different PCD grain sizes (fine 2um to coarse 25um), custom corner radii, wiper flats for super-finishing, and chipbreaker variations.
