    Yes we offer full customization Our standard diameter range is 219mm 13000mm with thickness from 4mm 2000mm Special sizes including large diameter segmentally welded heads are also available

    We work with carbon steel (Q235B, SA516 Gr.70, S235JR), stainless steel (304/316L), and alloy steel. Our products comply with GB/T 25198, ASME VIII, and EN 13445 standards.

    All segmentally welded heads use full penetration welding and undergo 100% non-destructive testing (PT/UT/RT), meeting the same pressure resistance requirements as one-piece pressed heads.

    The standard lead time is 30 45 working days after receiving your deposit, depending on order quantity and specifications.

    We support EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF terms. Goods are shipped from our factory in Shangqiu to Tianjin Port by default, with complete export documents provided for customs clearance.
