The seller responded to my messages and helped me identify where my package had been delivered by sending me a photo of the shipping label. However, the shipping label had the wrong address, so my package was delivered to the wrong location and I had to recover it myself. When I found it, the shipping box was heavily damaged and several mugs were broken. I hope they improve their quality control and packaging for future orders.
