Product details

Cold room storage for fruits and vegetables in farms, produce warehouses, supermarkets and fresh-food distribution: The system focuses on stable chilled storage, suitable air circulation and freshness protection, with room size and refrigeration equipment matched to the confirmed product load and daily operation.

100mm and 150mm PU panel options are available; final panel thickness must be confirmed according to target temperature, room size, insulation design, loading and ambient condition. It is suitable for fresh goods that need insulation, stable cooling and reasonable project cost.

Copeland condensing unit and unit cooler matching: The refrigeration system can be matched with Copeland compressor by model. The unit cooler can use low noise fan, suitable air throw and electric defrost to support fresh product storage with frequent door opening.

Application design for farms and retail stores: Room size, door type, panel layout, control box and airflow design can be customized for fruit warehouses, vegetable farms, supermarkets, cold drink stores and fresh food distributors.

Common configuration coverage: Available project options include PU or rock wool panels, cold room door, condensing / refrigeration unit, unit cooler / evaporator, control box and accessories. Final temperature, panel thickness, capacity, refrigerant and voltage are selected after room size, target temperature, stored products, loading, ambient condition and destination are confirmed. Copeland or Bitzer, R404A / R507 / R22 subject to local regulations, custom 220V / 380V / 50Hz / 60Hz, electric or water defrost, OEM/ODM and a 1-year warranty are available according to the confirmed model and project.
