Product description

The CYJ series pumpjack is a conventional beam pumping unit, which is the most common and widely used ground power equipment in rod-mounted oil extraction operations in oil fields. The product complies with API Spec 11E "Specification for Pumping Units", SY/T5044 "Walking Beam Pumping Units" and other relevant standards, and has obtained the API Monogram Use License. In addition to the production of conventional beam pumping units, in order to meet the requirements of oilfield energy saving and consumption reduction

Technical performance characteristics

1. Use modular and virtual manufacturing technology to design, optimize product structure, and have a high degree of "standardization, generalization, and serialization" of components.

2. The key structural parts are subjected to finite element analysis and research, with stable performance and high reliability.

3. The reducer adopts symmetrical shunt double arc or involute herringbone gear transmission, with good sealing, low noise, stable operation, reliable and durable.

4. The whole machine is simple to operate, convenient to maintain, and has a long service life.
