  • Broad Size & Material Selection：We supply volume specifications from 50L to 300000L to fit different output demands; you may pick SS304, SS316L or carbon steel based on medium corrosiveness and project budget. The reactor suits processing of petroleum, rubber, dyestuff, pharmaceuticals, food stuff, resin, coatings, paints, adhesives, pigments, pesticides, silicone oil, printing ink and white latex, covering most common fine chemical production scenarios with reliable corrosion resistance performance.
  • Customizable Agitator Designs：Various stirring styles are available — anchor, frame, paddle, impeller, vortex, propeller, turbine, push-in and bracket types for free matching. Different agitator structures cope with raw materials of varied viscosity; stable mixing effect is ensured throughout unsaturated polyester resin polymerization, preventing local concentration deviation and improving reaction uniformity effectively.
  • Flexible Heating & Cooling Control：Multiple heating modes can be chosen (electric heating, thermal oil circulation, steam heating, external coil heating); jacket, outer coil and inner coil cooling structures support free combination. Separated temperature control on heating and cooling phases reduces reaction temperature swings, stabilizes polymerization environment and greatly lifts the batch-to-batch stability of final resin products.
  • Complete Integrated Line Layout：Full process assembly consists of these core units: reactor, packing column, vertical condenser, horizontal condenser and material receiver. All parts adopt matched process parameters to realize continuous reaction, fractionating condensation and product collection; clients can skip complicated separate component procurement and parameter debugging for new resin workshops.
  • Tailored Engineering Support：Proven optimized structure is adopted for our unsaturated resin production system; standard models can be modified for individual project needs. We adjust structural details, operating parameters and overall layout strictly following your technical indicators and planned production capacity, making the whole set of equipment highly compatible with your on-site factory layout and long-term operation goals.
