Nitrogen Purification Equipment

Principle of carbon-added nitrogen purification: The residual oxygen in nitrogen reacts in a deaerator equipped with efficient palladium catalytic fiber to remove oxygen, and then cools and adsorbs to remove water in two stages to obtain high-purity nitrogen. This method is suitable for an environment without hydrogen in the product nitrogen. It has a simple principle, reasonable structure, low energy consumption, and low impurity content.

Principle of hydrogenation purification equipment: Hydrogen is added to nitrogen, and the mixed gas reacts in a deaerator equipped with an efficient catalyst to remove oxygen, and then cools and adsorbs to remove water to obtain high-purity nitrogen. This method is suitable for the application of reducing atmosphere, with adjustable hydrogen content, reasonable structure, and low energy consumption.

Nitrogen purification equipment can achieve a nitrogen purity of 99.9995%.
