Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) Product Overview: Regenerative oxidation furnace equipment referred to as RTO, the full name of (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) the basic principle is to oxidize organic waste gas (VOCs) to CO2+H2O under high temperature conditions (≥760℃), and the purification efficiency is up to 99%. The high temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through the special ceramic heat storage body, so that the ceramic body heats up and "heat storage", the next process is the waste gas from the ceramic that has been "heat storage", the heat of the ceramic is transferred to the waste gas, the organic waste gas through the ceramic as a heat exchanger carrier, repeated heat exchange, thereby saving the fuel consumption of waste gas heating, reducing the operating cost, and the heat recovery efficiency is as high as 95%. Under medium and high concentration conditions, RTO can export waste heat and use it in the form of steam, hot air, hot water, etc., to achieve economic benefits while meeting environmental goals.
Key Components & Process: 1. Combustion Chamber Polluted air enters the chamber, where natural gas or other fuels ignite the VOCs at high temperatures. 2. Ceramic Heat Exchangers Two or more ceramic beds absorb heat from the treated exhaust gas, storing it for preheating incoming polluted air. 3. Valve System Alternating valves direct airflow through different ceramic beds to maximize heat recovery (up to 95% efficiency). 4.
