  • 1. The motor drives the transmission shaft through the gear box, and the transmission shaft drives the roller to rotate.
  • 2. The material falls onto the grinding disc from the feed port.
  • 3. The friction between the roller, the grinding disc and the raw material forces the roller to rotate around the roller shaft and roll repeatedly on the material layer. The material is rubbed between the roller and the grinding disc and gelatinized at high temperature. The protein coagulates and deforms, and enters the grinding disc hole under the pressure of the roller.
  • 4. It is squeezed into a cylindrical shape in the grinding disc hole, forming a cylindrical solid particle that continues to lengthen.
  • 5. The particles continue to lengthen until they are cut by the cutter installed on the main shaft to reach the required finished product length.
  • 6. The finished product is centrifugally thrown out to the discharge port by the rotating disc of the main shaft.
