Product details

A sand washer is an efficient piece of equipment designed for cleaning and processing sand materials. It typically integrates three core functions: Function Description Washing / Cleaning Removes impurities, stone powder, clay, and dirt from sand surfaces through mechanical agitation and water flow. During operation, sand particles grind against each other under the drive of impellers, effectively removing coatings and destroying the water vapor layer on sand surfaces Dewatering Separates water from the cleaned sand. As the material is lifted by the impeller or screw, water drains back through mesh screens or drainage holes, leaving relatively dry product Grading / Classifying Separates materials by particle size and density. Coarse particles settle and are discharged while fine particles and overflow are carried away.

Processable Materials Sand washers can process a wide variety of materials with input sizes typically up to 10mm: Category Specific Materials Natural Materials Natural sand, river gravel, pebbles Manufactured Materials Artificial/manufactured sand (produced by sand making machines), crushed stone dust Rocks & Minerals Granite, basalt, limestone, quartz, marble Ores Copper ore, iron ore, and other metallic ores Recycled Materials Construction and demolition waste for sand recovery.
