    Frequently asked questions

    It integrates sand washing, fine sand recovery and dewatering in one unit. It occupies less floor space and cuts intermediate conveying equipment. Fine sand recovery rate can reach 90%~95% to reduce sand loss greatly. Finished sand has low moisture content for direct stockpiling and transport. It consumes less water, requires fewer maintenance points and lowers your overall line investment cost.

    It is suitable for manufactured sand, river sand, mountain sand, quartz sand and tailing sand. It also works for coal slime and aggregate washing & dewatering. Recommended feeding size ≤10mm.

    Under stable working conditions, final sand moisture is 10%~15%. With low mud raw material and fine commissioning, it can reach 8~10%, which meets direct feeding requirements for concrete batching plants.

    Total water consumption: 1~1.5 tons water per ton sand. Around 80%~90% waste water can be recycled after sedimentation. Fresh water supplement is only 0.2~0.3 ton per ton sand. We suggest building 2~3 stage sediment tanks for closed loop water circulation, to save water and cut running cost.
