Install of carbonization furnaces
Firstly, find a flat piece of land for the carbonization furnace and place it. Open the furnace door and put in the raw materials that need to be carbonized. Try to fill the furnace as solid as possible. Next, use wood to ignite the bottom. When the temperature gauge inside the furnace rises to 150-200 degrees, the gas will be discharged from the inside of the furnace. The gas will enter the combustion part through the furnace's own pipeline and ignite spontaneously; After a 5-hour carbonization process, when the internal combustible gas is exhausted, the flame will become smaller and smaller until the fire is extinguished. The carbonization is completed, and the next step is to use the furnace's own spraying system to add some water appropriately (or wait for the furnace surface temperature to drop below 50 degrees Celsius) to directly open the furnace door and discharge carbon. Note: Do not open the furnace door to discharge carbon until the temperature drops below 50 degrees Celsius without adding water, otherwise the carbonized raw materials in the furnace will self ignite due to high temperature
