The model 420 design can support medium size pouch packing with stable film feeding and continuous operation.
  • Accurate Liquid Filling System: The machine can be equipped with piston pump, magnetic pump, rotor pump or flowmeter filling system according to product viscosity and filling volume. It helps improve dosing consistency, reduce liquid waste and keep each finished pouch volume more stable.
  • Flexible Sealing Options: The system can support back seal, three side seal or customized four side seal style according to bag design, film material and project requirement. For customers who need horizontal 4 side seal liquid packing, we can also provide matching equipment advice to choose the most suitable structure.
  • Anti Leakage Bag Production: The filling nozzle, sealing temperature and film positioning system can be adjusted to reduce dripping, liquid residue and seal contamination. This helps improve sealing strength, reduce leakage risk and make finished liquid pouches cleaner during storage, transport and retail display.
  • Customized Line Support: Suitable for beverage factories, dairy suppliers, sauce producers, edible oil packers and food service liquid packaging projects. We provide pump selection, film testing, bag size matching, sample packing test, layout design, video inspection before shipment, spare parts support and flexible delivery service.

    The machine can produce pillow bags, gusset bags and linked bags. Optional devices can also be added for hole punching, easy-tear notch, date coding, nitrogen filling or other special packaging requirements.

We tailor machine models, bag types (stand-up pouch, gusseted, 3/4 side seal), feeding systems (multihead weigher, auger, liquid pump), and line layout to your material, capacity and factory site. Options like nitrogen flushing, vacuum, hole punching and easy-tear notches are also supported.
