Our standard production range covers NPS 1/2" to 48" (DN15-DN1200). Wall thickness options include SCH 10, SCH 40, SCH 80, XS, XXS, as well as customized thicknesses.

All elbows are produced under strict quality control procedures and inspected according to ASME B16.9 tolerances, including checks on angle accuracy, ovality, and wall thickness.

Our pipe elbows are manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.9 and relevant ASTM material standards. For the Russian market, elbows can also be supplied according to GOST 17375 / GOST 17376, based on customer requirements.

We supply a full range of pipe elbows, including: Angles: 45°, 90°, and 180° Radius: Long Radius (LR) and Short Radius (SR) Custom angles and special bending requirements can be produced upon request.

Available materials include: Carbon Steel: ASTM A234 WPB / WPC Alloy Steel: ASTM A234 WP11 / WP22 / WP91 Stainless Steel: ASTM A403 WP304 / WP316 / WP316L Each batch is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates.

Both seamless and welded elbows are available. Seamless elbows are recommended for high-pressure and critical service conditions. Welded elbows are suitable for general industrial applications and large diameters. Manufacturing method can be selected according to project specifications.

Standard inspections include visual inspection, dimensional checks, and chemical & mechanical testing. Additional NDT such as UT, RT, or PMI is available. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV, DNV, or client-nominated agencies is fully supported.

For standard sizes and commonly used materials, we usually keep regular stock and can arrange shipment within 3-7 days. For customized elbows, including special sizes, wall thicknesses, angles, or material grades, the typical delivery time is 15-30 days, depending on order details and quantity. Exact lead time will be confirmed after order specification review.
