  • NBR 4065 is a high acrylonitrile content (36-40%) nitrile rubber manufactured by Sibur, 's largest petrochemical company. Produced using emulsion polymerization with fatty acid soaps as emulsifier, this high-nitrile grade offers maximum oil resistance, high tensile strength (≥25.0 MPa), and excellent processability. It is the preferred material for automotive fuel system components, petroleum machinery seals, and demanding industrial applications.

  • Maximum Oil Resistance - With 36-40% bound acrylonitrile content, NBR 4065 delivers outstanding resistance to oils, fuels, and petroleum-based media. It can be used long-term at 120℃ in air or 150℃ in oil.
