  • It adopts super-large working specifications, featuring a 1700mm ultra-wide shear blade and a 6.2m long feeding box. The oversized feeding cavity allows direct processing of long and large-size steel materials without pre-cutting, simplifying working procedures and realizing continuous jam-free feeding and shearing.
  • With optimized power matching and hydraulic cycle system, the machine achieves a high daily processing capacity of 150 tons, meeting high-volume production demands of large recycling yards and industrial dismantling bases. It maintains stable cyclic operation with consistent output throughout long working hours.
  • Despite its super-heavy performance, the equipment retains excellent energy-saving advantages, with controlled fuel consumption of 16L-18L per hour. The optimized hydraulic circuit reduces energy waste and carbon emissions, realizing high efficiency and low operational cost for mass production.
  • The self-propelled wheeled design supports flexible on-site movement, enabling direct field shearing and eliminating expensive material transportation costs. Built with thickened steel frame and high-hardness blades, the machine features strong impact resistance, low failure rate and long service life.
