This cutter suction dredger is designed to operate in sheltered inshore waters, inland rivers and lakes.

Build under enterprise standard.

The whole dredger is welded steel construction. Main pontoon bottom thickness is 8mm. Side wall and deck are both 6mm thickness. Three hydraulic cutters are located in the front of main pontoon deck. Two spud oil tanks are located in the rear of main pontoon.Two anchor rods are on the side pontoon deck. Four ballast tanks are located in front and rear end of side pontoon.

The whole dredger is dismountable, which will take up six 40 feet HQ container for transportation. Road and rail transportation with nude package is also available.

The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the two side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store.

Cutter shaft rotates by roller type bearings in an enclosed shaft housing. It is supplied continuous lubrication by high

position oil on deck through pressure.

The spacious bright control cabin is ergonomically designed for operators. The working environment is comfortable with air conditioner and adjustable chair. One operator operates all monitoring devices, light control buttons and action command buttons.

8.

The dredger is equipped with solar charging system, which realizes full-day electricity supply. The dredger’s working state can be checked by remote monitoring system anytime. It also adds anchor rod system, which is able to adapt to all kinds of complicated working environment.
