  • Organic heat carrier boiler, also known as thermal oil boiler, is a new type of special boiler. It operates at low pressure with high working temperature, delivering heat up to 340°C in liquid phase and 400°C in vapor phase. It is widely applied in production scenarios where uniform and stable heating within 150°C to 350°C is required and direct flame heating is prohibited. This boiler mainly burns biomass fuels including firewood, rice husk, biomass pellets and charcoal, and coal is also available as an alternative fuel. Taking thermal oil as the heat medium, it adopts a hot oil circulating pump to force liquid-phase circulation. The medium transfers heat to heat-consuming equipment and then flows back to the boiler for reheating. The equipment achieves high operating temperature under low pressure and enables high-precision control over medium circulation. Featuring high thermal efficiency and easy operation & maintenance, it is an ideal heating device with safety, high efficiency and energy saving.

  • It provides high-temperature heat medium under low pressure. With easy adjustment and uniform heat supply, it can meet various process temperature requirements.
  • Liquid-phase circulating heating is adopted. There is no heat loss caused by condensation discharge, so the heating system achieves high thermal efficiency.
  • The system is equipped with dedicated compensation devices to offset volume changes of the working medium during heat absorption, heat release and temperature variation.
  • Strict technical measures are implemented to control air, moisture and other low volatile contents in the working medium before circulation starts.
