It comes with an intelligent computer control system that real‑time monitors working speed, air supply pressure, oil pressure, exhaust temperature and other data, featuring self‑diagnosis of faults, alarm and automatic shutdown functions to guarantee safe unattended operation, with optional remote network monitoring available. Equipped with an efficient independent cooling system for oil, water and air, paired with large‑diameter cooling fans, the unit adapts perfectly to extreme hot and cold working climates. Its triple‑stage air filtration system removes up to 90% dust and impurities, greatly extending filter service life. The optimized oil‑gas separation system keeps oil residue in compressed air below 3pm, delivering clean air for your drilling equipment. A precision 10‑micron lubricating oil filter reduces component wear and improves the reliability of the whole fuel injection system. This heavy‑duty compressor is ideal for continuous‑duty work in harsh environments such as deserts, mines and high‑altitude construction sites.
