FFB receiving platformManually sort unloaded FFB, remove debris to ensure equipment safety and oil quality. Sorted bunches enter conveyor via hydraulic gate. Key equipment: unloading area, hydraulic gate, scraper conveyor.
SterilizationFresh fruit bunches are sterilized in a tank via 145℃ steam for 80-90 minutes to reduce enzyme activity and FFA, ensuring crude oil quality. Key equipment: scraper conveyor, sterilization tank, Indexer control system, cage tipping car.
Fruit threshing stationSteamed palm bunches are threshed, separated, shredded, pressed to reduce moisture/oil, then transported as boiler fuel via conveyors, shredders, presses, and vibrating screens.
Pressing stationSterilized fruit particles are crushed, steamed, pressed via double-screw to extract oil/water. Residual cake (kernel/fiber) is crushed and conveyed. Equipment: screw conveyor, crusher, press, spiral crusher.
Oil clarification stationCrude oil is clarified through filtration, settling, sand removal, centrifugation, and vacuum drying to reduce moisture/impurities. Equipment: settling tanks, rotary screens, clarifiers, centrifuges, vacuum dryer.
Kernel & shell separationThe fiber in the pressed cake is separated and removed, and the kernel shell after the palm kernel is crushed is separated and stored.
Boiler roomThe biomass boiler uses palm fuel to generate steam for power and heat via a back-pressure turbine, enabling energy self-sufficiency, lower costs, and eco-friendly production. Key equipment: boiler, bunker, deaerator.
