Wide and precise fineness. German cage classifier with VFD. Adjustable from 200 to 2500 mesh D97 up to 5um. No coarse powder spillover.

Eco friendly. Pulse bag filter for zero dust leakage. Silencer and soundproof room for low noise.

Strong material adaptability. Designed for non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials with Mohs hardness less than 6, including calcite, limestone, kaolin, talc, barite, graphite, fluorite, fly ash and more than 100 materials.

Full VFD control. Main unit blower classifier feeder all VFD driven. Saves power. VFD cost recovered in 8 months.

Wide application. Suitable for over 100 kinds of non-flammable brittle materials with Mohs hardness below 6. Widely used in mining, building materials, chemical, coating, plastic, rubber, cosmetics and other industries.

Frequently asked questions

HGM series can produce ultra-fine powder down to D97 ≤ 5 μm (2500 mesh) with the cage-type classifier and VFD control, ensuring sharp particle size distribution.

Under the same fineness and motor power, HGM's capacity is 40 percent higher than jet mill and twice that of ball mill, while energy consumption is only 30 percent of jet mill.

Rollers and rings are forged from special wear-resistant alloy. For calcium carbonate, lifespan can reach 2 to 5 years.

HGM is suitable for non-flammable, non-explosive brittle materials with Mohs hardness up to 6, such as talc, graphite, calcite, and kaolin. The air-cooled design also protects heat-sensitive materials.

High-efficiency pulse bag filter ensures zero dust leakage. Sound-proof room and muffler reduce noise to meet national environmental standards.

One year against manufacturing defects. We supply original spare parts at competitive prices, including rollers, rings, classifier impellers, and filter bags.
