    It adopts Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology with high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent. Under a certain pressure, CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen, water vapor and other impurities in the air, while nitrogen is enriched and collected in the adsorption tower. The two towers alternate adsorption and regeneration to realize continuous and stable production of high-purity nitrogen.

    Our standard PSA nitrogen generators can produce nitrogen with purity from 95% to 99.9995%. We can customize the equipment configuration according to your actual industrial application requirements (such as 99.9% for general manufacturing, 99.999% for electronic semiconductor industry).

    It uses dry and oil-free compressed air as the raw material gas. The pressure of the input compressed air is generally 0.6-0.8MPa (can be customized according to equipment model)

    The equipment is designed with full automatic PLC control, it can realize one-key start/stop, automatic pressure adjustment and fault alarm, no need for on-site full-time operation. For daily maintenance, only regular replacement of filters elements 8000 hours; the maintenance process is simple and the cost is low.

    Yes, all our PSA nitrogen generators are fully customizable. We can adjust the equipment model, nitrogen output (5-3000 Nm³/h), purity, pressure and installation form (skid-mounted/integrated/separated) according to your on-site space, power supply (380V/400V/415V, 50/60Hz), gas consumption demand and other actual conditions.

    The equipment has a fast start-up performance, it only takes 30-60 minutes from start-up to the production of qualified nitrogen. Equipped with two adsorption towers and an optional nitrogen buffer tank, it can realize 24/7 continuous and stable gas supply without interruption, meeting the continuous production needs of your factory.

    We provide one-year free warranty for the whole machine (excluding vulnerable parts such as filter elements), and lifelong maintenance service. Our after-sales team can provide on-site installation, commissioning and training; remote technical support (24h online) for fault troubleshooting; and supply original spare parts (CMS, filter elements, valves) for a long time with favorable prices.
