The PGZ series centrifuge is a flat plate automatic scraper bottom discharge, program control, and automatic circulating work filtration centrifuge. Equipped with fully enclosed and openable machine cover, flat machine base, and variable frequency speed regulation. Automatic program control can be used to complete processes such as feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, and unloading.

Working Principle:The motor is driven by a belt to rotate the spindle of the drum. The separated suspension enters the drum from the top feeding pipe and falls on the cloth tray. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown towards the drum wall. The liquid phase passes through the filter screen on the drum wall, and the filter hole is thrown towards the shell space. It collects in the chassis and is discharged through the discharge pipe, while the solid phase remains on the inner side of the filter cloth. If washing is required, the washing water is added through the washing tube for cleaning. After dehydration is completed, the drum rotates at lon speed, and the automatic scraper system scrapes down the solid matter, which is discharged through th discharge port at the bottom of the drum. The PGZ type flat scraper discharge automatic centrifuge is a filter type automatic centrifuge characteriz by scraper discharge, intermittent operation, and process control. It is controlled by an advanced P programmable controller and uses a combination of variable frequency speed regulation and braking achieve automatic discharge of materials. It operates in the form of a single machine or central control compl network, using a combination of hydraulic or pneumatic devices. The hydraulic and electrical control system automatically completes the feeding, separation, flushing, dehydration, discharge and other processes, and can achieve remote operation and adapt to the suspension separation of solid particles containing 0.05-0.15 particles. Especially suitable for materials with strong heat sensitivity, as well as those that do not allow crystal breakage and are not easily accessible by humans, it is completely suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic, and corrosive industrial sites.
