Common sizes include 41x41, 41x21, 41x62, 41x82, and customized profiles can be produced according to drawings or project requirements.
  • Multiple materials are available, including Q235B black steel, pre-galvanized Z70, high zinc spangle-free galvanized steel Z275, aluminum magnesium zinc ZM80/ZM275, stainless steel 304/316. Surface treatments include pre-galvanized, electro-galvanized, HDG hot dip galvanizing and powder coating, suitable for different budgets, corrosion resistance needs and installation environments.
  • The product features stable structure, accurate hole position, smooth surface and reliable load-bearing performance. U-shaped channel design makes installation easy and flexible. It can be used with channel nut, threaded rod, pipe clamp, beam clamp, post base, cantilever arm and other mounting accessories.
  • OEM/ODM customization is supported for length, thickness, hole size, hole spacing, hole pattern, material, surface finish, logo marking and packing method. Dimensional tolerance can be controlled around ±2mm, helping ensure installation accuracy and reliable on-site use. We provide cost-effective and durable strut channel solutions for wholesalers, distributors, contractors and engineering projects.
