  • First, superior material quality. High-quality cast steel such as ZG270~500 and ZG310~570 is adopted, with hardness optimized through normalizing treatment. It features both high strength and high wear resistance, and can easily cope with heavy-load working conditions where the total weight of the cylinder, steel balls and materials ranges from more than ten tons to hundreds of tons.
  • Second, exquisite craftsmanship. It undergoes more than 20 strict processes including design, casting, rough and finish machining, and gear hobbing. The internal structure is optimized via mature heat treatment technology, with the gear tooth precision reaching Grade 6-8, ensuring stable transmission and reduced wear.
  • Third, strong compatibility. It covers multiple tooth profiles such as straight teeth, helical teeth and herringbone teeth, with customizable outer diameters from 100mm to 12000mm, meeting the demands of ball mills of various specifications. It also supports integral or split structural design for easier installation and maintenance.
