    This hydraulic biomass briquette press machine and briquetting line can process wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, rice husk, straw, bamboo powder, bagasse, coconut shell and other agricultural and forestry biomass waste materials with wide adaptability.

    No binder or chemical additive is needed in production. The high-pressure hydraulic system makes full use of natural fiber and lignin in raw materials to form high-density biomass fuel briquettes directly in a green and environmentally friendly way.

    The production capacity of the sawdust briquette production line ranges from 500kg/h to 5000kg/h, and can be customized according to actual production needs to meet different scales of biomass fuel production.

    The suitable moisture content of raw materials is between 10% and 18%. Appropriate humidity ensures good forming effect and stable density of biomass briquettes.

    The whole hydraulic briquetting line adopts PLC intelligent control to realize automatic feeding, pressing, forming and discharging, which greatly reduces labor cost and improves production efficiency.

    Under normal use and maintenance, the key wearing parts of the biomass briquette machine can be used for 8 to 12 months. Factory price spare parts are provided for long-term stable operation.
