Product description
  • 1. Precision Gear Pump Filling System: Driven by a servo motor, the high-precision gear pump ensures smooth, pulse-free filling for medium to high viscosity materials, delivering consistent dosing accuracy.
  • 2. Optional Contact Material: SS304 or SS316L All product-contact parts are manufactured from food-grade stainless steel. Clients may select SS304​ for general applications or upgrade to SS316L​ for enhanced corrosion resistance and pharmaceutical-grade requirements.
  • 3. Custom Electric Heating for Wax-Based Products: The machine features a custom electric heating system. The hopper, transfer hose, and filling nozzle are electrically heated with PID temperature control. This ensures materials such as hair wax, petroleum jelly (vaseline), and beeswax​ remain in a fluid state throughout the filling process—preventing solidification and clogging.
  • 4. Flexible Configuration: Available in single-head or double-head​ versions (1–2 nozzles). Equipped with a PLC and color touch screen (HMI) for intuitive operation, servo-driven volume adjustment, and multi-recipe storage.
  • 5. Wide Application for Hot-Fill Products: Ideal for filling materials that require heating to maintain fluidity: Hair wax / Styling wax Petroleum jelly / Vaseline White petrolatum Beeswax, soy wax, paraffin wax Thick balms and ointments
