Product details

BRW80/20(A) emulsion pump and XRXTA2 emulsion tank constitute emulsion pumping station. It is mainly used as a power source for fully mechanized mining hydraulic supports and single hydraulic props in underground coal mining, and can also be applied to other ground hydraulic equipment.The pumping station consists of two pumps and one tank.

Emulsion pump adopts horizontal 3-plunger structure, simple and stable.

Splash lubrication is used between crankshaft bell-crank and connecting rod bearing shell, reliable lubrication and long service life of motion pair.

The pump head assembly and the cylinder liner assembly are convenient for maintenance and repair. Emulsion tank has pump intake filter and magnetic filter to guarantee cleanliness of working medium of support system.

Emulsion tank is equipped with a 4L accumulator, which helps stabilize the output pressure, reduce the frequency of unloading valve actuation, and thereby extend the service life of the unloading valve.
