Product description
  • High-Density Briquette Formation (Cold Pressing)​ Utilizing high-pressure hydraulic systems (100–630 tons), the machine compresses loose aluminum shavings into uniform, high-density cylindrical briquettes​ (density up to 2.0–4.0 g/cm³ without any binders), reducing volume by up to 80–90%​ for easier stacking and transport.
  • Space-Saving Vertical Structure​ The vertical design requires 50% less floor space​ than horizontal models, making it ideal for foundries and workshops with area. It can be installed near CNC machines or furnaces for decentralized on-site processing.
  • Integrated Cutting Fluid / Coolant Recovery​ The high-pressure compression squeezes out over 95% of adhering cutting oil or emulsion​ from aluminum chips. The built-in oil collection tank filters and recycles the fluid back to the workshop, significantly lowering coolant purchase costs and meeting environmental standards.
  • Optimized for Foundry Smelting (Reduced Burn Loss)​ The formed briquettes have a regular shape, no porosity, and are resistant to breaking. They can be directly fed into furnaces, improving melting efficiency, reducing oxidation/burn loss during smelting, and increasing the scrap’s resale value compared to loose chips.
  • PLC Automation & Low Maintenance​ Equipped with a Mitsubishi or equivalent PLC control system​ supporting auto/manual modes (auto feeding, pressing, ejection). The simplified hydraulic circuit and hardened wear-resistant molds ensure continuous operation with minimal downtime and low maintenance costs.
