  • All impurity indexes are lower than standard requirements, stably output 6.4N electronic-grade ammonia to meet strict semiconductor manufacturing standards.
  • Simplified process reduces equipment investment cost. Full automatic operation with online analysis system, only 3 operators needed for each shift to save labor cost.
  • No waste gas, wastewater or solid residue generated during operation. Light components, water, heavy metal and oil impurities are fully recovered into industrial ammonia water via absorption system, no environmental pollution risks.
  • The overall energy consumption of the whole set is only 0.85 KWH/kg, and the primary yield exceeds 85%, effectively lowering long-term operating costs.
  • Medium-pressure design supports self-pressure tank truck filling. Small exhaust volume during filling, greatly reduce ultra-pure ammonia waste.
