Operational Principle of Cassava Peeling Machine

Large-capacity Rotary Peeler covers a wide range of 12-35t/h processing capacity, providing WM-10, WM-20, WM-30 and other standard models to meet the capacity needs from small processing plants to large starch production lines. The equipment integrates the functions of peeling, washing, mud removal and sand removal, adopts optimized drum structure and water flow system, realizes gentle peeling while ensuring high processing capacity, effectively protects the integrity of tuber raw materials, and improves starch extraction rate.

The equipment is equipped with a three-stage countercurrent sand removal structure inside. After raw materials enter the drum, they are first pre-washed by high-pressure countercurrent water flow to remove surface floating mud and coarse sand, then enter the middle friction peeling area, where the epidermis is peeled off under the action of the drum, and finally undergo countercurrent fine washing in the tail section to completely remove residual sediment in gaps.
