  • Our air bubble washing machine is designed for efficient cleaning of fruits, vegetables, root crops, leafy greens, mushrooms, seafood and other food materials. It uses high-pressure air bubbles, water flow and spray rinsing to gently remove mud, sand, dust, pesticide residue and surface impurities without damaging the product shape. The machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and suitable for long-term use in food processing factories. The bubble washing system keeps materials rolling in water, allowing every surface to be fully washed. A spray rinsing section can be added at the outlet for secondary cleaning, improving the final washing effect. It is suitable for potato, carrot, cassava, taro, sweet potato, ginger, garlic, onion, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, celery, coriander, tomato, cucumber, pepper, mushroom, apple, mango, orange, lemon, strawberry, grape, blueberry, seaweed, kelp, shrimp and other products. It can be widely used in fresh-cut vegetable plants, frozen vegetable lines, fruit processing plants, potato chips and French fries lines, salad processing factories, seafood cleaning lines and ready-to-cook food processing. The equipment can be customized according to different materials and production capacity. Optional functions include ozone sterilization, circulating water filtration, mesh belt conveying, frequency speed control, lifting conveyor, spray rinse, draining section and customized tank size. Capacity can be designed from small-scale processing to industrial continuous production. This bubble washer can be connected with peeling machines, cutting machines, blanching machines, air dryers, cooling machines, frying machines, IQF freezers and packing machines to form a complete automatic processing line. It helps customers reduce labor cost, improve cleaning efficiency, save water and ensure more stable product quality.
