Adopting the working principle of low speed and high torque with two counter-rotating shafts for tearing and shearing instead of high-speed impact, it can directly process large-sized and high-toughness materials such as waste tires, plastic drums, pipes and household appliance casings to complete volume reduction pretreatment, supplying qualified materials for the subsequent crushing, washing and pelletizing processes. The machine is equipped with wear-resistant alloy steel cutters that can be re-sharpened and reversed for repeated use. It features an integrated grabbing self-feeding structure to eliminate the pre-cutting procedure of raw materials. Fitted with an intelligent PLC electric control system with overload protection and auto-reverse anti-jamming function, the equipment is easy to operate and maintain. Constructed with thick steel plate frame and heavy-duty reducer, the shredder enables stable 24-hour continuous operation with lower noise, less dust and economical energy consumption.
