Food Industry

Nitrogen gas filling in food industry is rapidly replacing the traditional vacuum packaging, which is used in fried food, baked food, sliced fresh agricultural products and etc. It can keep the food fresh, great taste, and nutrition. As a suffocating inert gas, nitrogen contributes to resist the growth of bacteria, so it is a kind of good food antisepsis gas. Also such gas filling for food has good protection of the shape of packed food,especially for fragile food.

It has same advantage for storage rice, wheat, barley, corn and rice and etc, which will make such foods be prevented from moth, heat, mildew.

Liquor

Nitrogen can prevent no carbonated drinks and edible oil from oxidation, spoilage and faded. It can prevent cork from mildew for liquor bottle with cork.

Chemical industry

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) nitrogen making uses the AIR as its raw material

by use of the selective absorption character of CMS(carbon molecular sieve)

which will absorb O2 by means of PRESSURE from compressor.

As a result, separated N2 produced.
