  • The LC500C Precision CNC Lathe is a medium-duty industrial lathe engineered for high-efficiency metal cutting and large-part machining. Designed to handle heavy stock removal while maintaining tight tolerances, this machine is the ideal solution for turning large shafts, flanges, and complex cylindrical components in the automotive, oilfield, and general engineering sectors.
  • Extended Turning Capacity: With a maximum turning length of 1500mm and a swing over bed of 500mm, the LC500C comfortably accommodates long shaft workpieces and large-diameter flanges, reducing the need for multiple setups.
  • High Spindle Performance: Equipped with a high-torque spindle motor (typically 11kW to 15kW), the machine delivers variable spindle speeds (e.g., 30-1600 rpm) to efficiently cut a wide range of materials, from carbon steel to stainless alloys
  • Robust Construction for Stability: The machine features a mechanite cast iron bed with hardened and ground guideways (width 400mm ), ensuring excellent vibration dampening and long-term geometric accuracy during heavy-duty cutting.
