Due to the poor effective of distillation purification to Se, S 2, If want to continuous obtain more high-purity metallic Tellurium, that need melting the metallic Tellurium, keep temperature 480~520 ℃, with hydrogen, maintain 4~8h, Se containing Tellurium can reduce to 1×10 -6 %, hydrogenation reaction also have similar effective to the desulfuration, the sulphur can reduce to 1×10 -5 %, H 2 Se is able to decomposition under the high temperature, not good for the deeply selenium off, the tail gas is absorbed and discharged by the alkali liquid. By adopting the distillation-hydrogenation selenium off technology, can purify the 4N Tellurium to 6N.
