Adopt double drum longitudinal water tube boiler structure with natural water circulation design. It has stable pressure bearing performance high overall structural strength and high operational safety factor. Full coverage water cooling walls are arranged around the furnace, matched with dense convection tube bundles of upper and lower drums, ensuring sufficient overall heat exchange area and excellent heat transfer efficiency.

The whole machine adopts assembled split structure. The boiler body and grate are manufactured and delivered separately for rapid on site assembly, which greatly shortens the installation period and reduces construction cost.

The dedicated chain grate layer combustion mode is suitable for various biomass fuels with uniform and stable feeding and sufficient fuel combustion. Equipped with optimized front and rear water cooled furnace arches, it effectively disturbs flue gas flow, avoids incomplete fuel combustion and achieves higher equipment thermal efficiency.

The tail is equipped with an efficient economizer as standard to fully recover flue gas waste heat, reduce exhaust gas temperature and heat loss, effectively improve the overall operating energy efficiency of the boiler, and achieve remarkable long term energy saving effects.

It has strong fuel adaptability. It can stably burn various agricultural and forestry wastes such as biomass particles wood chips rice husks palm shells straw and bamboo chips. It is also compatible with solid fuels such as bituminous coal and lean coal, realizing multi purpose application for various production conditions.

The natural water circulation system runs stably with good steam water separation effect. The output steam has high purity and stable quality, meeting the high standard steam demand of industrial production. The equipment has a wide load adjustment range, adapts to fluctuations in production conditions with stable start stop operation and low operating noise.
