Excellent hardenability ensures uniform mechanical properties throughout the entire thick wall of large heavy-duty ring forgings. Great low-temperature impact toughness, perfectly suitable for cold outdoor oil exploitation and natural gas transmission projects. Strong anti-fatigue performance, resistant to crack generation under long-term alternating pressure loads in oil & gas pipelines. Low residual internal stress after stress relief annealing, minimizing deformation risks during subsequent CNC precision machining. Strict dimensional and geometric tolerance control reduces customers' machining allowance, tool loss and overall post-processing costs. Every forging undergoes 100% UT ultrasonic and MT magnetic particle non-destructive testing to remove hidden cracks.
