MUD PUMP

Description

BW -250 mud pump is a horizontal, triplex, single acting reciprocation piston pump. The pump has two kinds of cylinder diameter s and four shifts of speed. Big cylinder diameter ( Φ 80mm) can be used for large-diameter drilling machine within 1000m, and small cylinder diameter ( Φ 65mm) can be used for small -diameter drilling machine within 1500m. Each of the cylinder diameter s has 4 shifts of discharge for different aperture diameter s and depths. T he pump can also be used for perfusing cement slurry in foundation treatment project, and the water cement ratio that is 1:1 is available.

The flushing liquor used by the pump should not contain the chemical impurity that may corrode metal and rubber articles and its temperature is not allowed to exceed 50 ℃. While using slurry, the recommend ed specific gravity of slurry is 1.03~1.12, and viscosity is 18~25S, and sand content is not over 4%, and the max sand diameter is no bigger than 3mm, and PH value is 7~8. There should be no mud pie s, weed s and leaves in the slurry.
