Unlike wheel washers, the spiral screw provides a longer residence time for the material in the water, allowing for an intensive scrubbing action that breaks up stubborn clay and removes organic films from the surface of each sand grain. It is the "deep clean" solution for silica sand and high-purity aggregates.
  • [High-Capacity Throughput] Engineered for large-scale operations, our spiral washers feature long troughs and heavy-duty screw shafts that can handle massive volumes of material. The continuous screw motion creates a powerful upward flow that carries away silt and light impurities while the clean sand is conveyed to the discharge end for effective dehydration.
  • [Exceptional Dehydration Performance] The inclined angle of the spiral trough allows the clean sand to be lifted above the water line, where it undergoes a natural gravity-based dehydration process before being discharged. This results in a much drier final product, reducing the time required for stockpiles to drain before transport.
  • [Heavy-Duty Industrial Components] The spiral shaft is constructed from thickened seamless steel tubing, and the screw blades are fitted with replaceable high-manganese or polyurethane wear liners. This ensures that the machine can handle abrasive silica or granite sand for thousands of hours before requiring part replacement.
  • [Optimized Weir Design] The adjustable overflow weir allows you to fine-tune the water level and flow speed, giving you total control over the grade of the fine sand being recovered or washed away. This level of precision is critical for meeting exact specifications in glass manufacturing and chemical processing.

    1.5-year warranty for complete machines. Original spare parts are permanently available, and we provide remote video guidance for installation & commissioning.
