Automatic sand feeding system

The abrasive delivery system type YH-24 consists of a 24-liter pressure vessel with a top mounted 100-liter silo. If the pressure vessel is emptied up to a certain defined level, the system will be automatically depressurized and the filling valve will be opened shortly afterwards, so that the abrasive inside the silo will float into the pressure vessel. As soon as the pressure vessel is filled up, the filling valve is closed and the pressure is build up again. As this filling procedure only takes a few seconds, the abrasive flow towards the cutting head will not be interrupted.

The silo is executed with a sieve and cover and can be refilled during operation. Also the silo is executed with a level sensor, and if the level of abrasive in the silo reaches a defined minimum, a red warning light with light up, indicating that the silo should be refilled immediately；
