    Frequently asked questions

    The default quotation is EXW, including equipment cost and packaging cost (fumigation-free wooden case packaging); international sea freight and other costs are not included. Corresponding quotations can be provided on demand for clearer costs.

    Bulk discounts are available, with higher discounts for larger purchase quantities (negotiable in detail). The MOQ for standard models is 1 unit, and customized models (OEM/ODM) can be customized with a minimum order of 1 unit.

    Standard models are in stock and will be shipped within 3-7 working days after payment; if out of stock, the delivery time will be calculated separately based on the diesel engine lead time, with a production cycle of approximately 14-30 working days. The production cycle for customized models is about 21-45 working days, adjusted according to the complexity of customization.

    The diesel engine parameter sheet will indicate the rated power and maximum power, which is >1.1 times the unit output power. Each generator undergoes a full-load test before delivery with a detailed test report attached. The models of core components and corresponding power parameters are clearly specified in the contract for on-site verification by third-party institutions.

    All orders are covered by shipping insurance, including risks of damage and loss. Provide damage proof within 7 working days after receipt, and we will assist with claims and offer repair, part replacement or reissue services based on the damage degree.

    The standard whole-machine warranty is 1 year/1000 operating hours (whichever comes first), covering quality issues of core components excluding wearing parts. Overseas after-sales: 1. Free supply of damaged core spare parts during the warranty period, covering domestic port-to-port transportation costs of the parts (excluding export freight); 2. Provide remote technical guidance; 3. Engineers can be dispatched for on-site maintenance.

    We provide preferential spare parts supply services for 5 years after the warranty period, with core spare part prices not exceeding 80% of the contract price.

    Yes. Customization is required for high salt spray environments: three-proof treated cabinet shell; one-size-larger cabinet with electrically openable air intake and exhaust shutters; three-proof treated diesel engine water tank; dedicated large air filters for diesel engines (to be replaced regularly); three-proof treated generator. Wind-resistant shields (withstand 120km/h wind speed) and reinforced bases are optional, paired with anchoring kits to prevent damage from strong winds.
