Product details

The machine is fully made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and meeting international food hygiene standards. The smooth, non-porous surface prevents dirt buildup and bacterial growth, making cleaning and sanitation easier and faster. It is designed for long-term industrial use, ensuring stable performance in wet, high-frequency food processing environments and extending service life.

Equipped with an advanced bubble generation system the machine creates strong and continuous water agitation combined with air bubbles forming a bubble surfing effect. This allows materials to roll and tumble in water for 360 degree all round cleaning. It effectively removes soil sand dust and surface impurities from vegetables and fruits ensuring consistent and efficient washing results for large scale production.

Compared with traditional high pressure cleaning the bubble washing method provides a gentler cleaning process that avoids damage to soft surfaces. It helps maintain the natural texture color and nutritional value of potatoes sweet potatoes carrots and other root vegetables. The final products remain clean fresh looking and suitable for further processing or retail packaging.

The machine adopts an optimized water circulation and filtration system allowing partial water reuse during operation while maintaining strong cleaning performance. Combined with energy efficient motors and optimized air injection it significantly reduces water and electricity consumption.
