The metal chip briquetting machine operates primarily on the principle of hydraulic transmission. Its operational cycle typically consists of the following stages: 1. Feeding: Loose metal chips are introduced into the hopper located above the machine. 2. Compression: The main cylinder drives the punch to rapidly compress the metal chips within the mold cavity, forming high-density cylindrical briquettes. 3. Demolding and Ejection: Upon completion of compression, the auxiliary cylinder activates to retract the support block. The main cylinder continues its downward movement to eject the briquette from the mold cavity, after which the auxiliary cylinder pushes the formed briquette out completely. 4. Reset: All actuating components return to their initial positions, preparing the system for the subsequent cycle. Throughout this process, advanced models of the equipment are capable of simultaneously extracting and collecting cutting oil entrained in the metal chips during compression, thereby enabling oil recovery and ensuring the cleanliness of the resulting briquettes.
