High-Duty Vibrating Screen
The heavy-duty vibrating screen is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, power, and chemical engineering for screening large lump materials and small-to-medium-sized granular materials. It is widely applied in the metallurgical industry and is commonly used as screening machinery in blast furnace troughs, coking plants, and ore dressing plants.
This product features compact size, lightweight, low energy consumption, easy installation, and flexible process layout. It adopts an energy-saving vibration motor as the vibration source and is supported and isolated by rubber springs. With high processing capacity and screening efficiency, the screen mesh is installed at a large inclination angle. The modular assembled screen panels are easy to replace and have a long service life.

Heavy-duty vibrating screens utilize vibrating motors or externally driven ordinary motors, as well as self-vibration sources, to drive the screen body in periodic reciprocating motion along the direction of the excitation force. The material moves along the screen surface in a straight-line parabolic trajectory, achieving the purpose of screening.
The heavy-duty screen consists of an excitation device, screen box, dust cover, discharge hopper, damping device, and base. During operation, the excitation force generated by the vibrator is transmitted through the screen box to the screen surface inside. Since the vibrator produces a longitudinal force, the screen box—along with the screen mesh—moves back and forth longitudinally. Under these conditions, the material on the screen surface is propelled forward by the excitation force. When the material falls back, particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen to the lower layer. The material's motion trajectory on the screen follows a parabolic path.
Through this cyclic material movement, the feed rapidly advances, disperses, and passes through the screen after entering the screen box from the feed end, completing the screening process.
