According to the requirements of the high-temperature sintering process time, a single power supply can be configured to control multiple furnaces, and each furnace can be powered on for heating and then powered off for cooling in sequence, enabling the equipment to operate continuously and improving production efficiency.
Maximum operating temperature: 3200℃. It can meet the requirements for various materials in high-temperature purification, graphitization and sintering processes.
Using IGBT power supply can save about 15% energy compared to traditional thyristor power supply. It generates fewer high-order harmonics, causes less pollution to the power grid, has a high power factor, and does not interfere with the operation of electronic equipment.
Equipped with a programmable controller and a human-machine interface, it can be fully automated for operation and monitoring throughout the process, and it supports both fully automated and manual modes.
High safety performance. It adopts PLC for automatic control and protection of water, electricity and gas. It has protections against over-temperature, water pressure, water flow, furnace overpressure, water temperature, etc.
