A jig separator is a type of gravity separation operates through periodic water flow (pulsating water flow), causing materials to stratify in water based on their specific gravity, thereby achieving the separation of heavy and light materials. Heavier materials settle at the bottom, while lighter materials remain on the upper layer. The Jig separator has been widely applied in mineral beneficiation, metallurgical slag processing, and resource recycling. It is particularly suitable for the purification of low-grade ores and the recovery of metallic resources.

Due to its high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and low energy consumption, the FRP jig separator has been widely used in mineral processing and resource recovery. 1. Metal Ore Beneficiation * Iron Ore: Used for the enrichment of weakly magnetic iron ores such as hematite, limonite, and specularite. * Manganese Ore: Suitable for the separation of oxide manganese ore and carbonate manganese ore. * Chromite Ore: Used for the enrichment of chromite to improve its grade. * Tungsten and Tin Ores: Commonly used for the roughing and concentration of wolframite and cassiterite. * Gold Ore: Used for enriching coarse and medium-grained gold ore, such as alluvial gold and certain types of rock gold. * Lead-Zinc Ore: Used for the gravity separation of oxidized lead-zinc ores. 2. Aggregate Processing * River Sand and Sea Sand Cleaning: Removes lightweight impurities and contaminants to improve sand quality. 5. Smelting Slag Recovery *The jig separator can recover ferro-manganese, ferrochrome, silico-manganese, and other metals from smelting slag, improving resource utilization.
