API standard drilling rig JC70D drawwork for oilfield

Features of Mechanical Drawworks

1. The drawwork is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7K specification and SY/T 5532 standard of oil rig drawwork

2. Complete drawwork series.The structure form has single, double drum and multi - axis structure.The driving mode includes mechanical drive and electric drive, and the main and auxiliary brakes are properly configured to meet the power transmission of drilling rig and workover machine and the requirements of drilling and workover operation.

3. drawwork control (liquid, gas and electricity) adopts centralized control and is easy to operate

4. The reduction gear of electric drawwork adopts large modulus and hard tooth surface gear for forced lubrication.

5. drawwork and power device can be mounted on a skid to meet the requirements of separate transportation

All bearings are roller bearings. Shafts are made of alloy steel.

Chains with forced lubrication can transmit with high accuracy and high strength.

The drum is grooved Ventilating air clutches constitute the high and low speed ends

The brake drum(brake disc) is dealt with forced cooling with circulating water

The surface case was hardened with medium frequency and is durable

The tooth profile of sprocket was hardened with medium frequency. Involute serration tooth clutch worked as shifting clutch.

Main brake is band brake or disk brake, the auxiliary brake is eddy current brake (water-cooled or air-cooled).
