    It supports biomass raw materials smaller than 1cm with moisture ≤16%, such as rice husk, fine wood powder, sawdust and tiny crop residues.

    We offer 9 models ranging from 50kW to 1000kW. Hourly gas output covers 125~3000 Nm³/h to match different power demands.

    Fine biomass fuel is sent into the downdraft fixed bed gasifier to produce crude syngas. The gas goes through cyclones, pulse dust collectors, ESP and double indirect coolers for full dry purification to remove dust and tar. Clean syngas drives generator sets for power generation. Biochar and tar are separately collected via dry discharge.

    The biomass gas heat value stays stable at 1000~1100 Kcal/Nm³ with consistent gas composition for steady power output.

    It fits fine granular biomass materials, adopts full dry purification and dry biochar discharge. The system produces 20~30% high-value biochar by-products while generating electricity, with compact layout and low running costs for small & medium power projects.
