The chain plate conveyor is a kind of slab conveyor, widely used in machinery, casting, metallurgy, chemical, building materials, power, mining and other industrial sectors. (1) Plate width series: B=650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm; two applications of B=800mm and 1000mm are widely used

(2) The weight of transporting a single object: generally 75kg, and the Max can be as large as 120-150kg

(3) The length of the conveyor: generally 60-120m, and the max length can reach 200m

(4) Conveyor Running speed: v=0.8, 0.96, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2.4, 3.0 m/min

(5) Lifting height of the conveyor: Max can reach 10m

(6) For all kinds of materials, the conveyor has a large allowable inclination of 25 degrees.
